One of the many ways in which we do this is the manufacturing and supply of Bespoke Samples of our aluminium systems, free of charge! There is no better way to show your customers the designs you offer than physical examples that can be easily transported.

We have a verity of example on display in our showroom at our head office and warehouse facility in Rochester, Kent. However, for those further afield or who wish to possess their own we’re always willing to extend the offer of samples made to suit your specifications upon request at no additional cost.

Showcasing samples to your customers, you will be able to highlight the design features of Milwood systems to customers, giving you a greater chance of converting more leads in a variety of ways. Furthermore, it may assist you and your staff in better understanding our systems prior to their installation.

Samples are ideal for Trade Partners with showrooms as customers will be able to get in-depth overview of the design while receiving support from your staff. Alternatively, they are useful accessories to have in your arsenal if making a site visit to potential leads.

Samples are produced using off cuts from previous projects that we have dispatched. We can turn the best quality remaining lengths of material into useful presentation components for our Trade Partners, reducing waste by recycling more material. A great selling point to use when dealing with sustainability minded customers.

It’s rather straightforward to request free samples, just contact our sales support team by phone or email and we can arrange a sample detailed to your needs. It usually takes around 2 weeks to produce and deliver samples, but it is worth noting that lead times may vary. If you require bespoke samples then this may lead to longer lead times.
