In the serene town of Sevenoaks, Kent, we had the privilege of working with SBI Ltd, one of our longstanding Trade Partners. Our task was to enhance a domestic family home with a Simplicity 6 veranda installation. Nestled in a lush garden with a charming patio area, this project promised to bring the beauty of the outdoors closer to home.

The Simplicity 6 veranda, with its 6m length and 3m projection, provides ample space to enjoy the garden while staying sheltered from the elements. This project utilised our 6mm Self Cleaning Active Clear Glass Roof Panels. This technology ensures a pristine appearance with minimal maintenance, offering homeowners a crystal-clear view of the sky above.
The installation process also required innovative thinking to accommodate pipework along the rear elevation of the property. Polycarbonate infill was expertly used to seal the glass roofing panels, as depicted in the images and CAD drawings, reducing the ingress of water into the sheltered space.
The RAL 7033 Cement Grey powder coat finish not only imparts a touch of elegance to the veranda but also provides durability that can withstand the test of time. This beautiful finish harmonises seamlessly with the natural surroundings.
