Bright White Simplicity 16 by SBI Ltd, Brings Style and Cover to Community Centre, Maidstone, Kent
Seeking a sunny entrance cover that provides weather protection yet still makes visitors feel welcome, Maidstone Community Centre collaborated with regional Veranda experts SBI Ltd to install a glowing customised Simplicity 16 system spanning their entry with flair.
The design includes brilliant white RAL 9016 White semi-gloss posts secured into ground footings across the 3330mm wide staircase of the building. The clear polycarbonate canopy roof projects 2000mm to supply ample coverage for guests accessing the doors without rain exposure.
The radiant white framing stands out attractively along the streetscape while matching the facility’s contemporary exterior finishing for visual continuity.
Careful sight line plotting enables visitors to easily identify the centre’s location while feeling covered and comfortable approaching thanks to the Simplicity 16 layout by SBI Ltd fulfilling both aesthetic demands and functional weatherproofing beautifully.
