By providing the highest quality designs and meeting the most complex and bespoke specifications, we’re able to best support our Trade Partners as they help bring a customer’s dream outdoor living project to life.

Upon the generation of a new lead and the conversion process getting underway, the Trade Partner will present the most suitable and cost-effective Milwood Group solution for their customers vision and available space. We then begin creating a robust and durable aluminium design for the project at hand.

Once the order forms are filled out and sent to Milwood Group, a detailed CAD drawing will be produced by our engineers to ensure that all specifications are covered. These will be thoroughly reviewed before sending these to the Trade Partner for approval and returned to Milwood for production to begin.

All of our extruded aluminium systems are manufactured in the UK which allows us to keep lead times shorter than many others, while also removing the need for additional shipping costs. Once lead times have been established, we will inform our Trade Partner who can then in turn pass this information to their customer so delivery and installation dates can be agreed.

Our systems are supplied in kit-form allowing for quick-and-easy installation, with most projects being completed within 1-2 days. Comprehensive installation guides can be found on our website along with other valuable resources that will support the sales process from the point of initial enquiry to project completion.

New and existing Trade Partners will be able to gain valuable insight into our production process if they book a showroom visit with us at our head office in Rochester, Kent. This will be accompanied by a tour of our 65,000 square foot warehouse and production facilities including our new in-house seven-stage pre-treatment powder-coating line.
