It has been a rewarding couple of years for Milwood Group as we have seen our business grow. Part of our response to the surge in interest in outdoor living solutions across the pandemic was the launch of new products and upgrades and to join forces with yet more Trade partners around the UK.

A further way that we have driven our growth is by taking bold decisions on our manufacturing and production processes. Our recent move to a new 65,000 square feet premises was part of this and has enabled us to revolutionise the way we work.

With a new large factory area we have increased our capacity to service orders considerably and our large warehouse allows us to hold a lot of stock material in order to maintain the shortest lead times possible.

The real game-changer for us, though, has been our new in-house powder-coating facility.

Based around a seven-stage pre-treatment method and with a state-of-the-art automatic powder-coat line with 95% recovery & recycle booth, we are now able to powder-coat all of our veranda, canopy and carport systems to QualiCoat-equivalent standards.

With six standard RAL colours to choose from, our Trade Partners are now able to benefit from the absolute quickest turnaround of their veranda, canopy or carport orders.
