Milwood Group Delivery Options

Including our own delivery team, Milwood Group uses its own fleet of vehicles to deliver across the UK. As a result, you will receive a higher level of service, since we will manage the entire sales process from confirmation to delivery. In order to prepare your team for delivery, upon approval of the CAD we will advise the delivery date, we will also contact you a week prior to delivery with a delivery window. As we approach the delivery date the delivery window will be advised again as a more accurate timing.

If you wish a call prior to delivery on the day then please advise on the order form and provide the contact details of the person that will need a call.

Additionally, we use our own highly experienced drivers who receive regular positive feedback. By using our own dedicated drivers, you’ll benefit from those who are passionate about our brand and knowledgeable about our products.

Suppliers are used occasionally to deliver direct to delivery address, this is based on:

Polycarbonate canopies over 6m in length

Glass panels are also sometimes sent to site direct when over sizes, i.e within frames.

As part of our commitment to provide you the best possible service, we use a two-man delivery team for our larger scale deliveries at an additional cost of £100 per delivery.

We ask that all delivered are inspected within 48 hours of delivery, and if there’s any issues these should be reported back to the Milwood office within that 48 hours.
